Zoom Dry Membership Program – Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Eligibility
- Membership is available to residential and commercial clients within the Greater Philadelphia area.
- Members must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.
- Zoom Dry reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications at its discretion.
2. Membership Programs
Membership programs include, but are not limited to:
- Carpet Care Plus I – 1 discounted carpet cleaning per year, discounted pricing on additional services, and deodorizing treatment for each room cleaned.
- Carpet Care Plus II – 2 discounted carpet cleanings per year, discounted pricing on additional services, and deodorizing treatment for each room cleaned.
- Carpet Care Plus III – 3 discounted carpet cleanings per year, discounted pricing on additional services, and deodorizing treatment for each room cleaned.
- Carpet Care Plus IV – 4 discounted carpet cleanings per year, discounted pricing on additional services, and deodorizing treatment for each room cleaned.
- Air Care Plus – 1 duct cleaning per year, antimicrobial fogging at a discounted service rate.
- Carpet Air Care Plus I – 1 discounted carpet cleaning per year, 1 duct cleaning per year, antimicrobial fogging, and deodorizing treatment for each room cleaned.
- Carpet Air Care Plus II – 2 discounted carpet cleanings per year, 1 duct cleaning per year, antimicrobial fogging, and deodorizing treatment for each room cleaned.
- Carpet Air Care Plus III – 3 discounted carpet cleanings per year, 1 duct cleaning per year, antimicrobial fogging, and deodorizing treatment for each room cleaned.
- Carpet Air Care Plus IV – 4 discounted carpet cleanings per year, 1 duct cleaning per year, antimicrobial fogging, and deodorizing treatment for each room cleaned.
3. Membership Term
- Memberships are subject to a 12-month minimum commitment.
- Early cancellation prior to the completion of the 12-month term will result in a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining membership balance.
- Penalties are due immediately upon cancellation.
4. Membership Benefits
- Members receive priority scheduling for cleaning services.
- Benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered member.
5. Membership Fees and Payment
- Membership fees are billed monthly.
- Payment must be made via credit card or an eligible debit card on file.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- Zoom Dry reserves the right to adjust membership fees with prior notice to members.
6. Service Terms
- All services are performed by professional technicians.
- Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and operational capacity.
- Members must provide accurate information regarding service needs and property access.

8. Member Responsibilities
- Members agree to maintain accurate contact and billing information.
- Members must notify Zoom Dry of any changes to their membership status.
- Misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination.
9. Limitations and Exclusions
- Membership does not cover emergency services or work outside the defined scope of Zoom Dry’s offerings.
- Benefits cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Zoom Dry is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper maintenance.
10. Termination and Cancellation
- Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice.
- Cancellation prior to the 12-month minimum term will result in penalties as outlined in Section 3.
- Zoom Dry may terminate membership for non-payment, misuse of benefits, or violation of these terms.
- Upon termination, unused benefits will be forfeited.
11. Liability and Disclaimer
- Zoom Dry will exercise reasonable care in providing services, but is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
- Membership does not guarantee service availability during peak demand periods.
- Zoom Dry reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time with notice to members.
12. Governing Law and Legal Protection
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the State of Delaware.
- Zoom Dry is legally protected under applicable statutes and regulations in PA, NJ, and DE.
- Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Montgomery County, PA; Camden County, NJ; or New Castle County, DE, depending on the jurisdiction of service delivery.
